摘　　要：中药制粒工艺在中药固体制剂中应用广泛,是许多中药固体制剂生产过程中必须的关键操作单元,因此研究中药制粒工艺及其设备十分重要。由于中药的成分较为复杂,为达到药品质量管理标准,须根据中药自身的性质特征选取适宜的制粒工艺和设备。本文通过查阅制粒工艺及其设备的相关文献,介绍了制粒技术和制粒设备,总结了中药制粒研究和生产中的应用现状,并对中药制粒研究过程中出现的常见问题进行了分析,以期为中药制粒的发展提供参考。Granulation technology, as an essential unit in most production processes, is widely applied to traditional Chinese medicine solid preparations. Therefore, it is important to study the process and equipment of granulation. Since the compositions of traditional Chinese medicines are complicated, the appropriate granulation process and apparatus should be selected according to the characteristics of different traditional Chinese medicines to achieve the standard of pharmaceutical quality management. In this paper, referring to the related literatures about granulation processes and equipment, the granulation techniques and equipments are described and the present applications to traditional Chinese medicines are summarized. In addition, the common problems in granulation process are also analyzed to provide useful references for the development of granulation of traditional Chinese medicines.
