摘  要:EQ-101型甲醛催化剂是一种铁钼系甲醇氧化制甲醛催化剂。考察反应温度、空速和进口甲醇含量等对EQ-101型甲醛催化剂性能的影响;通过500 h稳定性实验,考察EQ-101型甲醛催化剂的活性和稳定性。结果表明,在常压、反应温度300℃、空速12 000 h^(-1)和进口甲醇体积分数6.5%条件下,甲醇转化率99.5%,甲醛收率93.8%;500 h稳定性实验过程中,甲醛收率约稳定在93%,无破碎或粉化现象,催化剂活性和稳定性良好。EQ-101 catalyst was an iron-molybdenum-based catalyst for methanol oxidation to formalde- hyde. The influence of reaction temperatures, space velocity and inlet methanol contents on the perform- ance of EQ-101 catalyst was studied. Its activity and stability were investigated by 500 h life test. The results showed that methanol conversion of 99.5% and formaldehyde yield of 93.8% were attained under the condition as follows:atmospheric pressure, reaction temperature 300 ℃, space velocity 12 000 h^- 1 and inlet methanol volume fraction 6.5 %. During 500 h stability test, formaldehyde yield was about 93 % , and EQ-IO1 catalyst had no breakage and pulverization,and exhibited good activity and stability.
