摘  要:以氧化石墨、钼酸铵、硝酸、蒸馏水等作为反应物,经过水热反应得到石墨烯含量不同的Mo O2/石墨烯复合材料。透射电子显微镜法(TEM)表征显示,Mo O2在石墨烯表面上均匀分散,负载了Mo O2的石墨烯又进行了层层堆积。电化学性能测试显示,电极材料GP-11(石墨烯含量为11 mg)性能最佳,其在电流密度为0.1 A/g充放电时,首次可逆比容量为1 089.7 m Ah/g,经过100次的循环后比容量保持在733.4 m Ah/g,而纯Mo O2首次可逆比容量为934.9 m Ah/g,100次循环后比容量降至156.4 m Ah/g,表明石墨烯的加入大大提高了材料的容量和稳定性。Hierarchically Mo O2/graphene composites with different content of graphene were prepared by a hydrothermal method using graphite oxide, ammonium hepta molybdate, nitric acid and distilled water as reactant.TEM images show that the obtained composites are formed by the stack of single-layered or few-layered graphene and uniformly dispersed Mo O2. Among the composites, GP-11(graphene content of 11 mg) exhibited the best performance, which delivered an initial reversible capacity of 1 089.7 m Ah/g at a constant current density of 0.1 A/g and it remained 733.4 m Ah/g after 100 cycles. While the reversible capacity of pure Mo O2 was 934.9 m Ah/g for the first time and it fell to 156.4 m Ah/g after 100 cycles. The results indicate that the capacity and stability of the material are greatly increased by the addition of graphene.
