摘 要:输出稳定性和均流精度是衡量并联均流电源性能的两个重要指标,针对提高均流电源稳定性和均流精度问题,设计了以PIC单片机和UC3902均流芯片为控制核心的并联均流电源。利用PIC单片机实时检测输出电压,依据测量值与设定值的偏差调节PWM的占空比,使输出电压稳定;采用UC3902均流芯片实现最大电流自动均流,从均流芯片通过电流补偿跟踪主均流芯片电流。通过改变电源负载,进行了并联电源性能的实验测试。测试结果表明,该方法电源输出电压稳定性达97%左右,均流精度最大可提高到98%以上。The two indexes, stability of output and accuracy of current-sharing, were measured the palallel current-sharing power supply. For the problem of improving stability of output and accuracy of current- sharing,the parallel power supply based on PIC SCM and UC3902 was designed. In order to maintain output voltage, output real-timely and calculated difference between set value and measure-ment were measured by PIC SCM. Duty ratio of PWM was adjusted for the difference. Automatic current-sharing was realized through using master-slave current-sharing chip and UC3902. Master chip was tranked by compensating current. The two indexes were tested by changing load. The results show that the design could effectivly increase the stability of output to 97 percent and the accuracy of current sharing to 98 percent.
