摘 要:随着科技的进步,植入式电子设备在智能穿戴、医疗及军事上得到广泛应用。目前,植入式电子设备的发展主要面临的瓶颈问题是能源供给技术,对用于植入式电子设备的几种主要电源技术,如锂电池、燃料电池和无线供电等相关技术的发展现状和研究进展进行了综述,对植入式电源技术的实际应用存在的问题进行了分析,并对其应用前景做出展望。Recently,implantable electronic devices were attracted great attention,especially in the fields of wearable smart devices, biomedical treatment, and military micro-devices. However, the development of implantable electronic devices were largely limited by the unsatisfied power supply technologies. The state-of-art and progress of three main types of batteries used for implantable electronic devices were reviewed. Several typical power sources,such as lithium batteries, fuel cells and wireless power charging technologies, were thoroughly introduced for their working principles, advantages and challenges towards for implantable applications. Recent key achievements in implantable power sources were highlighted. Finally, the fascinating future for the implantable electronic devices were proposed and the existed problems for the practical applications of the implantable power sources were discussed.
