摘　　要：通过宏观检查、化学成分分析、金相检验、力学性能试验等方法,对某厂350 MW亚临界锅炉三级过热器爆管原因进行了分析。结果表明,爆管是由于管子经历了较短时间、较大幅度的超温导致管子的显微组织球化、损伤和力学性能劣化。The reason for tube-bursting of the third stage superheater in 350 MW subcritical boiler was analyzed by macroscopic check, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination and mechanical properties testing. The results show that the tube-bursting is due to shorter time and bigger range over-temperature which led to microstructure spheroidization damage and mechanical properties degradation.
