摘 要:为探讨柴油机机体的合格生产工艺,应用MAGMA模拟软件对国内大型M25柴油机体进行工艺优化,并对其充型、凝固过程及金相组织进行了数值模拟。通过综合考虑浇注方式和冷铁对缩孔缩松的影响,得出最优工艺。研究发现,优化后的柴油机机体工艺方案合理,充型平稳,温度场分布均匀,且解决了缩孔、缩松缺陷。经生产验证,铸件力学性能及组织均满足要求。To explore the qualified production process of large diesel engine block, the process of filling, solidification and microstructure of the national large M25 diesel engine block were simulated by the MAGMA simulation software. According to the effects of gating system and chilled iron on porosity elimination, the optimum processing was got. The study found that the optimized process is reasonable, in which the filling is stable and the temperature distribution is uniform, as well as the porosity is greatly eliminated. The casting quality is tested by production verification, it shows that both mechanical properties and microstructure all meet the requirements.
