摘　　要：铸铁件铸造缺陷理论知识和历史经验在分析、预防和处理相应铸造缺陷等方面有着举足轻重的作用,但是目前这些知识比较分散,表达形式多样,利用率低。为实现缺陷知识的集成统一管理和快速获取应用,我们开发了铸铁件铸造缺陷管理系统(ICDMS),本系统在国内某铸铁件生产企业和郑州机械研究所的应用中,提高了质量技术人员的决策效率,提升了铸铁件的质量,降低了产品的不合格率。Aimed at the problems of knowledge scattered, diverse forms of expression and low utilization rate of theoretical knowledge and historical experience in analyzing, preventing, handling the casting defects in iron castings, the Iron Casting Defect Management System （ICDMS） was developed to make the knowledge can be managed integrally and accessed easily. The ICDMS has been successfully applied in domestic iron production enterprises, so as to more efficiently solve the problem of the iron casting defects, improve the quality of the castings and reduce the defects rate.
