摘 要:为分析单悬臂施工方法相对于双悬臂施工方法对铁路钢桁梁斜拉桥施工过程和最终成桥状态的影响,以南广铁路郁江特大桥[(36+96+228+96+36)m双塔双索面钢桁梁斜拉桥]为背景,基于影响矩阵原理,采用MIDAS Civil有限元软件建立全桥有限元模型,分别对2种施工方法下该桥斜拉索索力和各施工阶段受力状态进行分析,并以索力控制为主进行施工监控。结果表明:2种施工方法下,虽然施工过程中斜拉索索力与各施工阶段受力状态有所差异,但通过调整斜拉索初张力及施工控制,采用单悬臂施工方法可以达到与双悬臂施工同样的目标成桥状态,且塔梁受力状态均能满足要求;该桥最终实测索力与目标索力误差在±5%以内。To analyze the influences of the single-cantilever construction method on the con- struction process and final completed bridge state of railway steel truss girder cable-stayed bridges on a comparison basis of the influences of the double-cantilever construction method, the Yujiang River Bridge Ea steel truss girder cable-stayed bridge with double pylons, double cable planes and with span arrangement (36+96+228+96+36) m] on Nanning-Guangzhou Railway was taken as a case study. The software MIDAS Civil was used to set up the finite element model for the whole bridge of the bridge on the principle of the influence matrix, the stay cable forces and the force conditions of the different construction stages of the bridge under the two construction methods were respectively calculated and analyzed and the construction monitoring and control of the bridge was carried out mainly by way of controlling the stay cable forces. The results of the calculation and analysis show that under the two construction methods, though the stay cable forces in the construction and the force conditions of the different construction stages are different, the utiliza-- tion of the single-cantilever construction method can meet the same target completed bridge state that the double-cantilever construction method will meet and the force conditions of the pylons and truss girder can meet their requirements through adjusting the initial tension of the stay cables and adjusting the construction control. The tolerances of the final measured stay cable forces and target stay cable forces of the bridge constructed by the single-cantilever construction method are within 5%.
