摘　　要：高校的贫困生就业问题是高校就业指导工作中的一大重点。通过对贫困生进行有效的抗逆力培养,能够解决贫困生精神层面的贫困问题。在整个高校范围内设立自上而下的抗逆力培养机构,加强抗逆力课程教育,并在整个就业指导过程中,帮助贫困生弱化客观困难、强化主观意识,进一步为贫困生就业提供更好的服务,同时为提升高校整体就业质量提供可靠保障。Poverty-stricken students＂ employment guidance is a major focus of universities. Through the effective resilience training, poor students can solve the problem of poverty spiritual. The paper proposes building the top- down resilience training institutions in colleges and universities, strengthening resilience curriculum, and helping poverty-stricken students weaken objective difficulties and strengthen subjective awareness during the process of ca- reer guidance, therefore to provide better service for poor students further, and reliable protection to enhance the overall quality of employment in universities meanwhile.
