摘　　要：本文基于对现阶段普通高校中信息工程专业发展趋势的分析,揭示出电子信息工程专业新开课程建设与实施的意义和作用。本文从专业特色,加强实践环节和能力培养,创新意识和团队精神的培养来体现电子信息工程专业新开课建设的意义。从新开课建设对本专业课程建设,教学改革,和高水平的优秀教学效果的影响突显出电子信息工程专业新开课实施的作用。This paper reveals the meaning and function of the new electronic information engineering specialty construction and implementation based on the analysis of the current development trend of information engineering specialty in ordinary university. This paper discusses the significance of new electronic information engineering spe- cialty course construction from the professional characteristics, improvement of the practice work and ability and training of innovation consciousness and team spirit, and highlights the major role of the implementation of new course from the great influence of the new course to course construction, teaching reform, and teaching effect.
