浅析西部远程学习平台的功能与作用——以重庆万州远程学习中心为例

摘　　要：随着网络的快速发展,人们的学习和教育形式也逐渐发生了一些变化,远程直播学习和在线教育学习也越来越受到人们的重视,国家发展改革委员会西部司为了西部地区培训大量经济建设急需的高素质经济管理类人才,在全国设立了13个省级远程学习中心和50个地州市远程学习中心。重庆万州远程学习中心充分利用万州区各政府机关、企业单位以及重庆三峡职业学院的各种资源,有效发挥了重庆万州远程学习中心的功能与作用,在近五年中,三次被评为"优秀远程学习中心"。With the rapid development of the Internet, people＇s learning and education form has gradually changed, and the remote broadcast learning and online education learning has been paid more and more attention. Western division of the National Development and Reform Commission set up 13 provincial centers for remote learning and 50 city level remote learning centers in the country in order to train a large number of high-quality economy directorial talents whom are much-needed in the economy construction in western region.Chongqing Wanzhou remote learning center has made full use of various resources of Wanzhou District government departments, enterprises and Chongqing Three Gorges Polytechnic College, played the function and the role of western remote learning platform effectively. In the past five years, it has already been rated as the ＂excellent remote learning center＂ for three times.
