摘 要:针对移动的脉冲TIG焊动态熔池表面复杂行为,提出基于结构激光反射视觉传感的方法对脉冲TIG焊动态熔池表面演化过程进行观测研究.通过所搭建的视觉系统采集网格激光在熔池表面反射的图像信息,在此基础上,对不同基值电流、峰值电流、占空比条件下的脉冲TIG焊的图像特征进行分析.研究发现:在峰值电流阶段,熔池的三维表面是向下凹的.在基值电流阶段,TIG焊熔池三维表面是向上凸的,并可明显观测到激光网格的形态随时间也在变化,表明在基值电流阶段,熔池三维表面仍在波动.Aimed at the complicated behavior of mobile dynamic weld pool surface of pulsed TIG welding, the vision sensory method of structure lasers reflection was used to observe and investigate the evolution process of dynamic weld pool surface of pulsed TIG welding. Using the constructed vision system, the vid- eo image information of the grid laser reflected from weld pool surface were gathered. Based on it, the im- ages characteristics of pulsed TIG welding were analysed in the case of various base currents, peak cur- rents, and duty cycles. It was found by investigation that the three-dimensional surface of the weld pool would be concave downward at the peak current stage. And at the base current stage, it would be convex upward, and it could be obviously observed that the shape of the laser grid would change with time, also. This revealed that the three-dimensional surface of the weld pool remained fluctuating even at the base current stage.
