摘　　要：通过实地考查和调研,对青岛殖民时期工业遗产现状进行了介绍和分析,并初步归纳总结出青岛殖民时期工业遗产的价值体现,以期能为青岛现存工业遗产保护与利用、建立保护名录等提供较有价值的参考和依据,最终达到保护青岛工业遗产的目的.This article introduces the industrial development in Qingdao during the colonial times, and summarizes its values by investigating and researching. It is expected to be the reference to conservation and utilization of existing industrial heritage and establishment of a protection list, and to achieve the idea of protecting industrial heritage in Qingdao.
