摘  要:软黏土地质条件下经常选取管桩作为建筑物的基础,但因软黏土独有的特性,在基坑开挖过程中,管桩时常在超静孔隙水压力的作用下出现倾斜、断裂等问题.结合青岛地区某工程实例,运用有限元软件PLAXIS分析了不同开挖工况时土体超静孔隙水压力的变化情况,得出了在软黏土地区进行管桩基坑开挖时,避免管桩位移的开挖工艺和设备选择.The pipe piles are constantly used as the foundation of architecture in the soft clay soil. However, due to the property of the soft clay soil, the problems as pile inclination and breakage, are frequently caused by excess pore water pressure in the process of foundation excavation. In this paper, with the simulation of a construction in Qingdao, the finite ele- ment software PLAXIS is utilized to analyze the change of excess pore water pressure when using different working conditions of excavation. And finally, the selection of excavation techniques and machines is obtained, as will avoid the displacement of pipe pile during foun dation pit cutting in soft clay.
