摘　　要：自媒体时代,在国家治理现代化、司法改革的大背景下,积极稳妥地推进检察改革极具必要性。检察机关及其工作人员应当用社会主义核心价值观武装头脑,切实更新司法理念,掌握正确的定罪方法,尊重司法规律,从而规范执法司法、抓好本职工作;还应当合理配置检察权,处理好对内对外关系。In the self-media age,in the context of the modernization of national governance and judicial reform,to actively and steadily push forward the reform of procuratorial is of great necessity.Prosecutors should arm themselves with the socialist core values,effectively update judicial philosophy,master the correct method of conviction and respect the judicial laws,with which to regulate law enforcement justice and grasp their own work. And we also should have rational allocation of prosecutorial power and deal with internal and external relationships.
