摘　　要：目前,在网络交易中,尚无专门的法律规定网络交易平台提供商对消费者应当履行的义务内容。网络交易平台提供商与网络经营者形成的是租赁合同法律关系,网络交易平台如同现实商品交易的商场,网络经营者在网络交易平台销售商品和提供服务如同现实经营者承租商场柜台销售商品和提供服务,因此,网络交易平台提供商应当像现实商场出租者一样,对消费者履行出租网络交易平台的相应义务并承担相应的责任。There is no specific existing law on Internet trading platform providers’ obligations and responsibilities to customers. Internet trading platform providers and network operators forms the leasing contract legal relationship,and the online trading platform is just as the real commodity trading market,and network operators sells goods and service in the network as a real commodity trading platform and service operators tenant store counter,therefore,Internet trading platform providers in rental network trading platform should carry corresponding obligations and bear corresponding responsibility like one real store rent for consumers.
