清洁中段尿标本支原体分布及药敏情况分析

摘　　要：目的:分析支原体属在清洁中段尿标本中的检出率及其药敏情况。方法:收集636例清洁中段尿送检标本,进行支原体培养和药敏试验。结果:636例清洁中段尿标本中,共检出支原体阳性112例,阳性率17.61%。敏感率较高的药物依次为多西环素(89.29%)、米诺环素(88.39%)、交沙霉素(86.61%);支原体阳性病例中合并细菌感染率为35.71%(40/112),其中耐药细菌占合并细菌感染病例的27.50%(11/40)。结论:尿路感染的初次筛查中支原体属阳性检出率较高,合并细菌感染甚至耐药菌感染应引起重视。多西环素可作为治疗支原体属尿路感染的首选药物。OBJECTIVE To investigate incidence of mycoplasma infection in midstream urine samples, and analyze its susceptibility to drugs. METHODS A total of 636 midstream urine samples were collected. Culture of mycoplasma and drug susceptibility tests were performed by one complex kit. RESISTS Among 636 midstream urine samples, 112 samples were positive for mycoplasma. Drug susceptibility tests of mycoplasma revealed that the highest susceptibility drugs were doxycycline （89. 29%）, minocycline （88. 39%） and josamyein （86. 61 %）. There were 40 cases of bacterial infection, including 11 drug-resistant bacteria, accounting for 35.71% among112 mycoplasma positive samples. CONCLUSION The positive rate of mycoplasma infection is relatively high in initial screening of urinary infection. It＇s necessary to pay more attentions to mycoplasma complicated with bacterial infection in urinary tract. Doxycyc- line may serve as the first-line drug for urinary mycoplasma infection.
