数控车床床身铸件的铸造工艺改进

摘　　要：介绍了机床床身的铸件结构及技术要求,详细阐述了该件的原生产工艺:分型面选择在地脚面所在平面,铸件收缩率为1%,采用开放底返式浇注系统,直浇道采用φ75 mm耐火管,横浇道截面积为49.5 cm^2,内浇道是5根φ30 mm耐火管,内浇道之间的距离为40 mm。生产结果显示:内浇道附近导轨局部表面有砂眼、粘砂等缺陷,清理困难。分析其原因后,通过更改内浇道位置,扩大内浇道与横浇道的距离,并采用双排横浇道,较好地消除了床身铸件导轨产生的砂眼、粘砂等缺陷,使铸件的出品率提高到89%以上。The structure and technical requirements of the casting machine bed casting was introduced. The original production process was elaborate as follows： Split surface was chosen at the bottom line. The casting shrinkage rate was 1% and open gating system was used. The sprue was φ75 mm refractory tube, the size of runner was 49.5 cm^2 and ingate was five F30 mm ceramic refractory tube. The space between each tube was 40 mm. The production results shown that,trachoma, sticky sand was found at the ingate near the rail surface and they were difficult to clean up. After analyzing the causes, the defects such as trachoma and sticky sand were eliminated by changing sprue position, expanding the ingate and the runner＇s distance and using the double runner.
