5种川属淫羊藿可杂交性研究

摘　　要：目的研究5种川属淫羊藿种间杂交性。方法对5种主产于四川的淫羊藿植物进行种间配对杂交,通过杂交结实率分析可杂交性。结果 5种川属淫羊藿都可以杂交,但不同的杂交组合的杂交结实率存在显著差异,其中与四川淫羊藿可杂交性最低,结实率为16.9%;柔毛淫羊藿杂交性最高,结实率达到83.9%。结论明确了五种川属淫羊藿的可杂交性,为淫羊藿植物新品种选育提供了一定的参考价值和科学依据。Objective To study the crossability of five species belong to genus Epimedium native to Sichuan, China. Methods The five species belong to genus Epimedium native to Sichuan, China were interspecific crossing, and can be known crossability through the analysis of fruiting rates. Results Results showed the hybridization of any combination among these five species are all successful, and there are obvious differences among seeding ratios of combinations, for the E. sutchuenense lowest only 16.9% and the E.pubescens highest is up to 83.9%. Conclusion Results of this study can contribute to further studies on breeding of this genus.
