摘 要:目的打破赶黄草生长局域性,扩大赶黄草栽培分布。方法在达州市对赶黄草进行引种栽培鉴定,考察海拔高度和栽培密度对赶黄草产量和槲皮素含量的影响;槲皮素的测定采用HPLC。结果柳家坝试验点茎的槲皮素含量偏低,其余试验点均达到药用标准。最佳栽培地点为峰城,栽培密度为20cm×20cm(双株每穴),产量为469.97kg,茎叶槲皮素含量分别为1.2164mg/g和1.2164 mg/g。结论达州市的高海拔地区适宜栽植赶黄草。Objective To break out the growth limitation of Penthorum chinense Pursh, extend its distribution area. Methods Introduce and identify Penthorum chinense Pursh in Dazhou district, explore the effect of elevation and planting density on the output and quercetin content; the determination method was HPLC. Results The quercetin content of test-point materials was up-to-standard except the stem of test point Liujiaba; the best cultivation location was Fengcheng, in where the planting density was 20 cm x 20 cm(double plants), the output was 469.97 kg and quercetin content of stem and leave was respectively 1.216 4 mg/g and 1.216 4 mg/g. Conclusion Areas of high elevation in Dazhou area were suitable for cultivating Penthorum chinense Pursh.
