寒喘祖帕颗粒对寒性乃孜来所致咳嗽及异常粘液质性哮喘的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察寒喘祖帕颗粒对呼吸系统的药理作用。方法采用辣椒素引咳、组胺乙酰胆碱引喘和内毒素致急性肺损伤的方法,观察寒喘祖帕颗粒的止咳、平喘和抗急性肺损伤作用。结果寒喘祖帕颗粒1 g/kg剂量组可明显减少辣椒素所致豚鼠的咳嗽次数(P<0.01);1、0.5、0.25 g/kg可明显抑制组胺和乙酰甲胆碱所致大鼠气道阻力的增加(P<0.05),1.5、0.75、0.375 g/kg对内毒素所致小鼠急性肺损伤亦有明显保护作用,并可明显抑制模型小鼠肺组织中TNF-α、IL-13、IL-1β含量的升高(P<0.01)。结论寒喘祖帕颗粒具有镇咳、平喘、肺保护作用。Objective To observe the pharmacological effects of Hanchuan zupa granule on the respiratory system. Methods The capsaicin induced cough, histamine acetylcholine induced asthma and endotoxin induced acute lung injury, and to observe the effect of Hanchuan zupa granule antitussive, antiasthmatic and anti acute lung injury effect. Results Hanchuan zupa granule 1 g/kg dose group can significantly reduce the guinea pigs caused by capsaicin cough times （P 〈 0.01）, 1, 0.5 and 0.25 g/kg can be significantly inhibited histamine and acetyl methacholine induced rat airway resistance increased （P 〈 0.05）, 1.5, 0.75 and 0.375 g/kg on endotoxin induced acute lung injury in mice also had an obvious protective effect, and can significantly inhibit the mouse model of lung tissue TNF-α, IL-13, IL-1β content increased （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion Hanchuan zupa granule has antitussive, antiasthmatic, lung protection effect.
