摘 要:目的优选丹茵滴丸成型工艺,确定其最佳参数。方法以滴丸的滴制情况、圆整度、硬度、拖尾及黏连情况为评价指标,基质的种类、药物与基质的配比、滴速、冷凝剂为考察因素,采用单因素考察法进行初步筛选;以丸重变异系数、溶散时限、圆整度为考察指标,滴距、冷凝剂温度、药液温度为考察因素,采用L9(34)正交试验,对滴丸的成型工艺进行优选。结果滴丸最佳成型工艺为PEG4000∶PEG6000(1∶1),药物:基质(1︰2),冷凝剂为液体石蜡,药液温度为85℃,冷凝剂温度为5℃,滴距6 cm,滴速25滴/min。结论工艺稳定可靠,滴丸成型性好。Objective To optimize Danyin dropping pills forming process and to determine the optimum parameters. Methods With the making dripping pill, roundness, hardness, adhesion tailing index case as indexes, the effect of matrix, the proportion of matrix to drug, drops rate, cooler was investigated on single factor preliminary screening method. With the pill weight variation coefficient, time limit of dissolution, round flatness as indexes, the effect of dropping distance, refrigerant temperature, liquid temperature was investigated on the orthogonal test ofL9 (34). Results Best pills forming process for PEG4000 : PEG6000 (1 : 1) and drugs : matrix (1 : 2), liquid paraffin as condensing agent, liquid temperature is 85℃, the temperature of condensate to 5 ℃, dropping distance of 6 cm, dripping speed 25 drops/min. Conclusion The process is stable and reliable, and the drop pills are good.
