摘  要:针对变压器雷电冲击试验过程中全波冲击波形难以调节的问题,研究能有效改善变压器雷电冲击全波试验波形的调节方法。分析了冲击电压发生器波前电阻、波尾电阻、发生器本体及试验回路存在的寄生电感、变压器试品电容和电感等因素对冲击试验全波波形的影响,设计了全波波前时间和全波波尾时间改善电路,并对改善前后的冲击电压全波波形进行仿真、对比分析以及试验验证。Aiming at the problem that the full waveform is difficult to regulate in the process of lightening impulse test of transformer,a method for improving the lightening impulse test full waveform effectively is researched in this paper. Several factors impact on the impulse test full waveform are analyzed,which include wave front resistance and wave tail resistance of the impulse voltage generator, parasitic inductance of the generator body and the test circuit, capacitance and inductance of a transformer sample and so on. A circuit to improve the full wave front time and wave tail time is designed. The impulse voltage full waveform is simulated before and after improvement, also they are compared and analyzed. And test verification is carried out.
