摘　　要：讨论了大型公共建筑的规划布局和外部环境对反恐防爆的影响,提出了在建筑物前面设置障碍物和防爆墙的外部防御措施,指出建筑外形应尽量采用凸状和圆弧形,采用新型材料有助于大幅提高建筑物的抗力和延性。The impact that planning and design and the external environment of the building on anti-terrorist and explosion-proof are discussed,external defense measures of setting up barriers and blast walls in front of the building are raised. As far as possible by using convex and arc shape is possible,adopting new materials can help greatly improve the structure of the resistance and ductility.
