摘　　要：介绍了鑫顺煤矿的基本情况,测试了煤矿围岩的力学参数以及地应力,并对测试结果进行了分析,为煤矿巷道提供了基本的地质力学参数,有利于加快巷道的掘进速度、降低其支护成本。The paper introduces the circumstances of Xinshun coal mine,tests the mechanic parameter and crustal stress of the surrounding rock at coal mines,analyzes the test results,and provides some basic geological mechanic parameter at the roadways of coal mines,so as to accelerate the advance rate of the roadways and lower the support cost.
