摘　　要：分析了国内外农村垃圾与污水的处理现状,结合宁夏引黄灌区新农村的特点及存在的问题,阐述了新农村垃圾和污水的环境综合治理模式,旨在为宁夏引黄灌区新农村创造一个良好的生产、生活、生态环境。With an introduction of rural rubbish and sewage treatment status at home and abroad,combining with new rural irrigation region features and existing problems of Ningxia Yellow River,the paper describes comprehensive new rural rubbish and sewage treatment pattern,with a view to create a good production,living and ecological environment for new rural irrigation region of Ningxia Yellow River.
