聚兴诚银行信托部业务评述

摘　　要：聚兴诚银行是近代四川帮银行中的佼佼者,凭借杨氏家族现代化的金融管理思想,聚兴诚银行较早地成立了信托部,并成功地开展了相关业务。但纵观聚兴诚银行信托部的所有活动,真正属于信托意义上的业务非常有限,信托部往往还承担了代理买卖、代办保险、房地产经租买卖等业务。这一现象也折射了信托业传入近代中国后所具有的混业经营特点。Juxingcheng bank is the most excellent in Sichuan banks in modem times. Based on the Yang＇s financial management thought, Juxingcheng bank established the Ttrust Department earlier which carded out the relevant business successfully. Over viewing all the businesses of the Trust Department in Juxingcheng bank, we can find that the trust business in the real sense is limited The Trust Department also did the tasks such as business agency, insurance agency and real estate transaction agency etc, which reflects the characteristics of mixed management of trust business after it was introduced into China in modem times.
