摘　　要：图书馆在应用型人才培养中发挥着重要作用。在论述应用型地方高校图书馆基本定位基础上,从创新服务理念、构建特色资源保障体系、开展嵌入式服务等方面探讨了应用型图书馆的建设与发展策略。Library plays an important role in cultivating applied talents. This article discusses the orientation of applied local university library and puts forwards some strategies of construction and development from three aspects： innovation of service concepts, construction of characteristic guarantee system of resources, and embedded services.
