摘  要:材料腐蚀特征机器评级涉及材料腐蚀特征区域颜色量化处理。在RGB空间获取材料腐蚀特征图像信息,通过HSV颜色空间描述该腐蚀特征区域的颜色值,采用非均匀量化方式将HSV颜色空间的3个分量根据人眼对色差的敏感度进行相应的量化。针对材料腐蚀特征区域颜色不均匀、特征边界颜色量化产生二义性问题,使用边界模糊量化处理方式来解决颜色量化边界的不相关问题,使得量化后的颜色更符合人的主观视觉感知,得到较好的视觉量化效果,满足腐蚀特征颜色等级的评定要求。The area of material corrosion feature involves the color quantization processing when level the machine rating corrosion. The information of material corrosion feature image obtained in RGB space, according to the sensitivity of the human eye to color the corresponding quantitative, used non-uniform quantization to the three components that through HSV color space to describe the color about material corrosion feature. Against the unevenness of material feature color and the ambiguity problem of the border color to quantify, the processing of fuzzy boundaries quantization was used to solve problem which boundary color quantization was not relevant. The color after that processing of quantitative color with fuzzy boundary is more close to people' s subjective visual perception and obtains a better visual quantization effect, which meets the evaluation of the color grade on the corrosion feature.
