摘  要:直流锅炉在启动和低负荷阶段会发生水动力不稳定问题,主要原因是此阶段汽水比容差较大,水动力的稳定性对水冷壁入口的欠焓较大及管间的受热不均匀性尤为敏感。介绍了上海外高桥三期的蒸汽加热启动技术和弹性回热技术,其分别解决了启动阶段水动力多值问题、提高了低负荷阶段水动力的稳定性。同时,锅炉降负荷时,燃烧器从最下层起依次退出可提高水动力稳定性及减小水冷壁管间壁温偏差。The hydrodynamic instability of once-through boiler occurs during the start-up period and the low- load conditions. The main reason is that the specific volume difference between the steam and the water is large during the period, and hydrodynamic stability is particularly sensitive to the big owe enthalpy of the substance at the entrance of water wall and the uneven heating between the water wall tubes. The steam heating start-up technology and the flexible extraction regeneration technology are developed and applied in Shanghai Waigao- qiao Phase Ⅲ, where with the technology the hydrodynamic instability problem can be solved during the start- up period and be improved during the low load conditions respectively. Meanwhile, when the load drops, turn- ing off the burners from the bottom in turn can also improve the hydrodynamic stability and reduce the temper- ature difference between the water wall tubes.
