摘　　要：针对当前数据业务上行功控调精细化调整的需求,以各个小区须获得最低保障上行电平值为基准,考虑到单小区无线环境在整体网元环境中的优劣予以不同信噪比保障度来指导功控门限值设置,达到手机维持可靠无线链路的发射功率下,降低网络底噪,提升整体质量的目的。In view of the current uplink power control data traffic fine tune adjustment needs, to each cell must receive a minimum level of protection of the upstream value basis, taking into account the environmental merits of a single-cell wireless network element in the overall environment to be different SNR to guide the work of security control to set the threshold, to transmit power down the phone to maintain reliable radio link, the end of the network to reduce noise, improve the overall quality of purpose.
