摘  要:旋转导向钻井技术长期被国外垄断,国内由于缺乏必要的地面试验设备而严重影响其研发和产业化进程。鉴于此,研制了随钻仪器和定向工具实钻及循环试验系统。该系统由水平钻机试验系统和循环试验系统2部分组成。包含3 122 m室外埋地管线的循环试验系统可进行随钻仪器信号传输和相关工具单元试验检测;水平钻机试验系统配合循环系统可在实验室内进行旋转导向工具的实钻试验。完成的70多项循环试验和7次导向工具实钻试验为随钻仪器和定向工具参数的调整及结构改进提供了试验数据。该系统的成功研制加快了国内旋转导向技术的研发速度。The rotary steerable drilling technology has long been the monopoly of foreign company?The lack of the necessary domestic ground test equipment has seriously affected the technology development and industrialization process?In view of this, the drilling and circulation test system for LWD and directional drilling tools has been de?veloped?The system consists of the horizontal drilling rig testing system and the circulation system?The circulation test system, consists of 3 122 m outdoor buried pipeline, could be used for LWD signal transmission and the corre?sponding tool unit testing?The horizontal drilling rig test system, combined with the circulation system, could be used for real drilling test of rotary steerable drilling tool in the laboratory?More than 70 times circulation tests and seven times directional drilling tool real drilling tests have been conducted, providing reliable test data for design parameters adjustment and structure improvement of LWD and directional drilling tools?The successful development of the system could speed up the domestic research and development of rotary steerable technology.
