摘　　要：斜井钻机井架倾斜钻井,液气卡瓦等井口工具应用时同样需要按井架角度倾斜使用,常规的钻井气动卡瓦倾斜时卡瓦体在重力作用下与钻柱发生干涉,手动卡瓦在倾斜状态下由人工提放极不方便。为此,研制了一种应用于斜井钻机的卡瓦。该斜井卡瓦采用左、右打开方式,打开时占用高度空间小;运动部件安装有限位轨道,在倾斜情况下能够正常工作。这种斜井卡瓦安装在MZJ-15XY斜直井钻机上,MZJ-15XY斜直井钻机已完成3口井的钻井作业,钻井过程中,斜井卡瓦卡紧和释放钻柱成功率100%。该斜井卡瓦具有良好的市场应用前景。The slant rig has a slant derrick to drill slantly?The wellhead tools like hydraulic/pneumatic slip must also operate at the derrick slant angle?The slant conventional pneumatic slip would interference the drill string under the action of gravity, while the slant manual slip is inconvenient when operated by hand?To address the is?sue, a slip for slant drilling rig has been developed?The slant slip body moves left and right with limited height when opening?The moving parts have been installed with limit track which could work normally in an inclined case?The developed slant slip has been mounted on the MZJ-15XY slant drilling rig, which has drilled three wells?During drilling, the developed slant slip had a 100% success rate in fastening and releasing the drill string, presenting a great market prospect.
