摘  要:水下井口连接器在生产过程中面临的工况和环境较复杂.通过有限元计算, 分析了连接器在安装预紧工况和生产工况下密封圈的密封性能.研究了轴向预紧力、密封圈接触应力和径向压缩量等参数之间的相互影响规律.通过编写Abaqus 的inp 程序, 分析完井与修井工况下承受弯矩载荷的井口连接器密封性能, 研究了金属密封圈左右接触面不同弯矩载荷下的接触应力相互影响规律.分析结果表明, 连接器在承受2.02×10^6 N·m 的弯矩条件下, 金属密封圈虽然发生面积较大的屈服, 但是仍然具有密封性, 能够有效密封内压.研究成果可为水下井口连接器的安全应用提供参考.The subsea wellhead connector is applied in a complex operation condition and environment during production?The wellhead connector gasket ring sealing performance under installation preload condition and produc?tion condition has been analyzed by finite element analysis?The mutual influence of parameters like axial preload, contact stress of gasket ring and radial compression has been studied?Through manually programmed inp program of Abaqus, the sealing performance of the wellhead connector under bending moment during completion and workover has been analyzed?The contact stress mutual influence of gasket ring around contact surface under bending moment modes has been analyzed?The results show that, under the condition of 2?02 × 106 N · m bending moment, al?though larger area of gasket ring yield, the gasket ring still has sealing ability to effectively seal the inner pressure.
