摘  要:随着江汉油田开发的不断深入,抽油泵柱塞断裂现象时有发生。为此,对常规柱塞结构进行了强度分析与结构创新设计,结合有限元分析法与现场拉伸试验的数据对比,找到了柱塞上游动阀罩总成的危险截面和薄弱结构。柱塞应用无退刀槽结构螺纹,承载能力提高约25%。发明的新型高强度出油窗彻底克服了连接头断裂问题,较常规上游动阀罩强度提高近35%。现场185井次的应用结果表明,2015年应用新型抽油泵后相比2014年减少泵断63井次,最大下泵深度达到3 120 m,泵断井应用新型抽油泵后最长免修期达到520 d,收起到了很好的降低泵断维护作业井次的效果。With the development of Jianhan Oilfield, breakage of subsurface pump plunger happens frequent?ly?In this paper, conventional plungers were analyzed for their strength, and an innovative structure was de?signed?Combined with finite element analysis and field tensile test, the dangerous section and weak structure of topside valve house of the plunger were determined?With the undercut?free thread, the carrying capacity is in?creased by about 25%?Mesh?type and slot?type oil windows were invented, which avoids the connector breakage and can realize a strength nearly 35% higher than that of conventional topside valve house?Application in 185 wells shows 63 pump plunger breakages decreased, maximum running depth up to 3 120 m, and the maximum non?re?pair period up to 520 days?The optimized structure helps reduce maintenances effectively due to pump breakage.
