摘 要:目的建立灯盏花素片中丙酮残留的检测方法。方法采用顶空进样毛细管气相色谱法,色谱柱为RTX-WAX毛细管柱(0.25 mm×30 m,1.40μm),柱温(程序升温):初始温度为60℃维持10 min,再以每分钟20℃的升温速率升至200℃,维持2 min;进样口温度:240℃,FID检测器温度:300℃;载气为氮气,测定灯盏花素片中丙酮残留量。结果本法线性关系良好,R^2=0.999 4,平均回收率为97.23%,RSD为1.8%。结论该方法操作简便快速,灵敏度高,准确度好,可作为灯盏花素片中丙酮残留的测定方法。Objective To establish a method for detecting the residue of acetone in Dengzhanhuasu Tablets. Methods Headspace- GC with RTX – WAX column( 0. 25 mm × 30 m,1. 40 μm) was used to determine residua in Dengzhanhuasu Tablets; The column temperature was initial temperature 60 ℃( kept for 10 min),with the increasing rate of 20℃ ·min^(-1)to 200 ℃( kept for 2 mins); The injector temperature was 240 ℃ and the Fl D detector temperature was 300 ℃,the carrier gas was nitrogen. Results There was a good linearity in the experimental concentration( R^2= 0. 999 4). The average recovery was 97. 23% and the RSD was 1. 8%. Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and sensitive. It can be used for the determination of acetone residue in Dengzhanhuasu Tablets.
