摘　　要：胰岛素在肝脏的糖脂代谢过程中发挥重要作用,维持机体糖脂浓度处于生理平衡范围内。肝脏胰岛素抵抗时,糖脂代谢紊乱。本文重点介绍了健康状态下胰岛素对肝脏糖脂代谢的作用和机制,以及肝脏发生胰岛素时糖脂代谢紊乱情况和机制的研究进展。Insulin plays an important role to maintain the sugar and lipid levels to internal balance in hepatocyte during health state. And glucose and lipid metabolism disorders will be presented during hepatic insulin resistance. This article focused on the effect and its mechanism of insulin on glucose and lipid metabolism of hepatocyte during health state and hepatic insulin resistance.
