摘　　要：由于经济步入新常态以及煤炭市场供求失衡的双重作用影响,煤炭行业必须不失时机地变革,转型升级。以云计算、物联网、大数据为代表的新一代信息技术与传统煤炭行业融合创新,将对行业整体提升实力、树立品牌、提高经营质量等方面产生深远的影响。构建煤炭互联网平台,要建立"一个支撑,两个中心,五大平台",即以物联网信息平台为支撑,建立数据中心与应用中心等"两个中心",建立生产计划与调度平台等"五大平台"。"互联网+煤炭"网络共同体发展模式可以搭建起以交易服务为核心、信息服务为基础、物流服务为保障、金融服务为延伸的"一核三系,四位一体"交易综合服务体系,实现煤炭行业的发展模式创新、营销方式创新和融资模式创新。The economy has entered a new normal; and supply-demand imbalance has emerged in coal market. Therefore, reform and transformation and upgrading must be taken in the coal industry in good time. Faced with this challenge, integration and innovation between the new generation information technologies such as cloud computing, the internet of things, and big data and the traditional coal industry must be made. This will have far-reaching effects on boosting the overall strength, building a brand, improving the management quality. Coal internet platform must be established. This means on the basis of internet information platform, the data center and application center, as well as five platforms including production planning and scheduling platform must be set up. In addition, system of comprehensive business services will be built with trading service at its core, information service as its base, logistics service as its guarantee, and financial services as its extension. This is 'Internet + Coal' internet community development mode. In this way, we can realize the innovations in development mode, marketing approach, and financing methods.
