摘　　要：近年来异军突起的极端组织"伊拉克和大叙利亚伊斯兰国(ISIS)",正在以最潮的网络招募方式拉拢和引诱西方年轻人,其触手甚至已伸到了对手的阵营。越来越多的西方年轻人频频从家庭和学校出走,冒着巨大的风险前往叙利亚去参与"圣战"。研究西方青少年之选择"伊斯兰国"的原因和"伊斯兰国"网络招募西方青少年的方式和特点,可为我国当前的青年工作提供借鉴与启示。In recent years, the sudden emergence of extremist organization 'Islamic State of Iraq and Greater Syria(ISIS)', is to win over and lure western youth by the best wave of the network recruitment, and even has its tentacles out into the opponent's camp. More and more western youth run away from home and school frequently, at great risk to Syria to participate in 'jihad'. This paper analyzed the main reason of western youth choosing 'Islamic State', summed up the ways and characteristics of 'Islamic State' network recruiting western youth, intended to provide reference and enlightenment to our current youth work.
