摘　　要：长期认为脂滴是一种惰性结构,逐渐发现表明,脂滴是一种动态结构,负责脂质储存和能量代谢。本文对脂滴的发育、代谢、功能做一综述。Long considered to be inert, LDs have recently attracted great interest as dynamic structures at the hub of lipid and energy metabolism. The discovery of differences in protein and lipid compositions of LDs in different cell types and physiological states. This review highlights fundamental aspects of LD biogenesis,catabolism, and functional activities in cells.
