风湿免疫病患者应用生物制剂的综合性护理干预

摘　　要：目的针对生物制剂干预治疗的风湿免疫病患者进行综合护理,记录临床治疗和护理信息,观察效果。方法收集本院120例应用生物制剂进行病症干预的患者资料,其中60例采取综合护理的方式进行干预治疗。结果:两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论面对风湿免疫病患者应用生物制剂的情况采取有效的综合护理干预,能够提升患者的恢复效率,降低患者不适感、不良反应及抑郁情况发生。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the treatment of the patients with rheumatic immune disease treated by biological agents. Methods to collect 120 cases of patients with disease intervention in our hospital from 60 cases of patients with disease, and to take comprehensive nursing intervention for treatment. Results: the difference of the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion the use of biological agents in the treatment of patients with rheumatic diseases to take effective comprehensive nursing intervention, can improve the recovery efficiency, reduce the patient discomfort, adverse reactions and depression.
