摘　　要：目的:建立岗梅合剂的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对处方中三叉苦进行鉴别。结果:在薄层色谱上鉴别出制剂中三叉苦的特征斑点,且斑点清晰,无干扰。结论:该法结果可靠,方法简便、专属性强、重现性、耐用性好,可为岗梅合剂的质量控制提供参考。Objective： To establish a method for quality control of the Gangmei Mixture. Methods： Evodia lepta in the prescription was qualitative identified by a thin layer chromatographic method. Results： The characteristic spot of evodia lepta in prescription was clear on the plate with no disturbance. Conclusions： This method is practicable,with high specificity and good repeatability.It can employed for quality control of Gangmei Mixture.
