构建动物实验公共平台 培养医学研究生科研创新能力

摘　　要：一个民族进步、一个国家富强发达离不开创新,培养具备创新能力的高素质人才是国家发展的要求、时代所需。研究生作为国家科技创新的承担者,科研创新能力培养作为研究生教育的核心内容,也是培养质量的重要标志。动物实验是医学研究生在科学研究过程中不可缺少的重要环节,也是培养医学研究生科研创新能力的一项重要措施。介绍了构建我校动物实验公共平台的必要性,动物实验公共平台在医学研究生科研创新能力培养中发挥的作用。The progress of a nationality and prosperity of a nation depend on innovation. Cultivation of high-quality talents with creative abilities is the requirement for national development and times. The postgraduates are bearers of national science and technology innovation. Thus, cultivation of researches and innovation abilities for students is the core of graduate education, which is also an important symbol of the quality of education. Animal experiments are the indispensable link in the science research of medical postgraduates, which functions as an important measure for cultivating the science and research innovation abilities of medical postgraduates. This paper describes the necessity of our school to build a public platform of animal experiments as well as the roles played of the platform in cultivation of science and research abilities for medical postgraduates.
