摘　　要：随着智能变电站应用,基于IEC61850标准的继电保护装置将成为变电站自动化技术的发展趋势。介绍了基于IEC61850标准的小电流接地选线装置的特点以及总结了目前人工测试现状,提出了以智能自动化测试仪为主要平台的自动测试系统的设计方案。实际应用效果表明,系统对提高智能变电站小电流接地选线装置的测试效率、规范选线装置测试过程具有较高的使用价值。With intelligent substation applications, based on IEC61850 standard will become the development trend of relay protection device. This paper introduces the characteristics of small current grounding line selection device based on IEC61850 standard,and summarizes the present status of the manual test,put forward the intelligent automation test instrument as the main platform for the design of automatic test system. Practical application effect shows that the system is to improve the intelligent substation test efficiency, small current grounding line selection device specification line selection device testing process has higher use value.
