摘  要:从建筑围护结构发生结露现象的原理出发,在满足热舒适度等级要求的前提下,确定了我国几个具有代表性区域常见的粘土砖多层建筑墙体、混凝土高层建筑墙体以及分别在两种墙体外侧加贴不同厚度聚苯板保温材料后,结构墙体不发生结露时的室外临界温度值,为防止和解决该现象的发生提供了必要的理论依据。According to the the theory of condensation in building envelope, under the premise of meeting the requirements of thermal comfort level, the outdoor critical temperature value was determined when wall structures without condensation. The common structures were chosen in several representative regions of our country, including brick multistory buildings, concrete high-rise buildings and both affixed with different thicknesses polystyrene board insulation materials. It is aiming at providing necessary theoretical basis to prevent and solve the phenomenon.
