武术文化影响力评价指标体系的建构

摘　　要：为了量化分析武术文化影响力的维度涵盖,客观评价武术文化的影响力水平,采用理论分析与量化研究的范式,借助层次分析以及数理统计等方法对武术文化影响力的评价体系进行研究。结果认为:中国武术文化影响力涵盖资源性文化影响力和操作性文化影响力两个层面,资源性文化影响力主要包涵武术项目的普及程度、武术场馆设施状况、武术传承人存续状态、武术项目的流行程度、武术项目的经济资本效益、武术产业发展状况、武术文化资源状况、武术文化原点的环境影响力8个维度;操作性文化影响力主要涵盖政府的管理制度、政府调控能力、政府重视程度以及政府的执行能力4个维度。中国武术文化影响力的指标评价体系的层次划分为目标层、准则层、要素层和指标层4个层次。在此基础上建构了包含2个一级指标,12个二级指标和60个三级指标的评价体系。To quantify the dimensional coverage of the influences of martial art culture, and to objectively evaluate the level of influence of martial art culture, the paradigms of theoretical analysis and quantitative study were used to study the eval- uation indicator system for the influences of martial art culture with the help of literature review, hierarchical analysis, mathematical＇statistics and other methods. The study showed that the influences covered the resource-oriented cultural in- fluences and operational cultural influences. Resource-oriented cultural influences mainly had 8 dimensions, including pop- ularity of martial art events, conditions of martial art venues and facilities, survival of martial art successors, popularity of martial art events, economic and capital efficiency of martial art events, development of martial art industry, martial art cultural resources, and environmental impact of martial art cultural origin. Operational cultural influences mainly had 4 di- mensions, including governmental management system, governmental regulatory capacity, governmental recognition and governmental execution power. The evaluation indicator system was consisted of aspects related to objectives, criteria, el- ements and indicators. On this basis, the system was consisted of 2 primary indicators, 12 secondary indicators and 60 tertiary indicators was established.
