探讨国内大型石化企业HSE管理的有效实施

摘　　要：分析了国内大型石化企业在实施HSE管理方面存在的主要问题,总结了有效实施HSE管理所采取的措施,探讨了HSE管理的未来发展方向。The main problems existing in the implementation of the HSE management of domestic large- scale petrochemical enterprises are analyzed,the effective measures taken by the implementation of the HSE management for them are summarized; and the future development direction of the HSE management for those enterprises is also discussed in this paper.
