摘　　要：现代社会的快节奏生活增加了急性心肌梗死的发病率,传统的药物及介入治疗虽可改善急性心肌梗死的症状,降低其短期病死率,但病程的不可逆转最终会致患者死亡。干细胞移植治疗的出现从根本上解决了这一问题,而心脏干细胞(CSCs)作为治疗心肌梗死的治疗方法之一,它的治疗效果倍受期待。CSCs除了可分化心肌细胞、平滑肌细胞及内皮细胞外,还可通过分泌各种细胞活性因子来改善受损的心肌,并提高心脏的收缩功能,为CSCs治疗心肌梗死提供了新的角度。The fast pace of modern society life increases the incidence of acute myocardial infarction （AMI）. Nowadays, the traditional cardiovascular drugs and interventional therapy can improve the symptoms of AMI and reduce its short-term mortality,but eventually,the irreversible course of AMI would result in death. The emergence of the stem cell transplant treatment has solved this problem fundamentally, and cardiac stem cells are the promising candidate of the treatment for AMI ,the effect of which is quite expected. Recent studies have found that cardiac stern＇cells can not only differentiate into cardiomyocytes, smooth muscle cells and endothelial cells, but also secrete numerous cytokines to repair the damaged myocardium and improve cardiac function. Cardiac stem cells therapy provides a new perspective for the treatment of AMI.
