摘　　要：胰高血糖素样肽1(GLP-1)不仅可以刺激胰岛β细胞分泌胰岛素,而且在中枢神经系统中也具有十分重要的作用,包括调节摄食行为、胰岛素敏感性、心血管功能以及抗焦虑、抗抑郁、保护神经等。这些作用大多数是对人体有益的,这使得胰高血糖素样肽1在糖尿病的治疗领域有着广泛的应用前景,但是也有小部分可能对人体产生不利的影响。故全面了解胰高血糖素样肽1在中枢神经系统中的作用,将有助于更好地运用胰高血糖素样肽1治疗糖尿病。Glucagon like peptide 1 （GLP-1） not only can stimulate the secretion of insulin from islet 13 ceils but also play very important roles in the central nervous system, including regulation of the feeding behavior, insulin sensitivity, cardiovascular function, anti-depressive effect and nerves protection. Most of these effects：are beneficial to human body,which enable the GLP-1 to have a broad application prospect in the treatment of diabetes mellitus, but there are also a small part which may have adverse effects. Therefore, understanding the role of GLP-1 in the central nervous system will help us better treat the diabetes mellitus.
